If I order mutiple gifts, how do I tell them apart?
Every order can include a free “to/from” gift tag tied right into the bow!
If you’d like one added, just fill out the special instructions section at checkout with the recipient’s name and which box they’re receiving(e.g., Box 1)
We’ll take care of the rest! 🎀
Can I stack a discount code with a free shipping offer?
At this time, we aren’t offering stacked discounts. But be sure to hang onto your code for your next purchase! 😊
What is your shipping & return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery!
Please note:
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your return to cover shipping and handling.
- All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- If any item arrives opened, used, or damaged, we won't be able to issue a full refund.
- All Sale or Clearance items are final sale.

What are your shipping hours
We ship orders Monday through Friday from 9 AM–5 PM PT and Saturday from 9 AM–1 PM PT!
What if I want my gifts to arrive closer to Christmas?
Good news! Just leave a note in the special instructions at checkout saying “arrive for Christmas.” We’ll hold your order and ship it at the perfect time so it arrives within 5 days of Christmas.
We will also include a tag that says "Open on Christmas!"🎄
Do you offer Pick Up?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer pickup at this time.
However, we do offer a limited number of local delivery spots in Orange County on Fridays and Saturdays!
- Friday: 10 AM–1 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM–3 PM
